    ✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

    Terms of ServiceLast updated: July 12, 2026These Terms of Service may be reviewed and updated whenever necessary to keep my commission process, prices, and policies clear. Clients are responsible for reading the current version before submitting a new request.Any commission already accepted will follow the terms agreed upon at the time of payment. Later updates will not apply retroactively unless both parties agree otherwise.1. Commission Requests• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
    • Submitting a commission form does not guarantee acceptance.
    • Please provide clear references and a detailed description of your idea. I will contact you if additional information is needed.
    • I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or falls outside my abilities or boundaries.    2. Pricing & Payment• All listed prices are base prices. The final price depends on character complexity, number of characters, props, backgrounds, accessories, and other details.
    • Payments are accepted through PayPal invoices only.
    • Payment must be completed within 2 business days after accepting the quote and before work begins.
    • When commissions are closed, a waitlist slot may be reserved with a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before work begins.
    • Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances at my discretion.
    • Please contact me before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can discuss the situation.    3. Workflow• Commissions are completed according to the order shown on my public Trello queue.
    • I do not offer rush orders or queue skipping.
    • Completion time depends on the complexity of the artwork, my workload, health, and availability.
    • Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage.
    • Major changes requested after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
    • Progress updates, availability, waitlist information, breaks, and commission status will be posted through my official channels and Trello.    4. Communication• Please provide two active contact methods.
    • Check your messages regularly to prevent unnecessary delays.
    • Please respect my established working hours. Messages sent outside of them will be answered on the next available business day.
    • Please avoid spam, repeated update requests, flirting, inappropriate messages, or demands for immediate replies.
    • Commission requests must be submitted through the official form. Please do not send unsolicited direct messages requesting a slot.    5. What I Draw✓ Original Characters

    ✓ Suggestive or NSFW artwork featuring adult characters only    Available commission types may change depending on the season, workload, and current availability.6. What I Don’t Draw✕ Real people or realistic portraits
    ✕ Political or propaganda content
    ✕ Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or targeted defamation
    ✕ Homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory content
    ✕ Sexual or suggestive content involving minors or characters who appear underage
    ✕ Non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive content
    ✕ Extreme gore
    ✕ Bestiality
    ✕ Illegal content
    ✕ Requests that go beyond my personal boundaries    7. Copyright & Usage• All commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted.
    • You may share the finished artwork on your social media with proper credit.
    • You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, resell it, mint it as an NFT, use it for AI training, or use it commercially.
    • You may not substantially edit, trace, recolor, redraw, or modify the artwork without my permission.
    • Sketches and work-in-progress files may not be colored, completed, modified, or presented as finished artwork by the client or another artist.
    • All sketches and progress files remain part of my creative work until the commission is completed.
    • I retain the copyright to my artwork and may share the process or finished piece in my portfolio, Trello, or social media.
    • A private commission must be requested and agreed upon before payment.    8. Inactivity & Abandoned Commissions• Clients must remain reasonably available during the commission process.
    • If the client stops responding, they have up to 2 months to contact me and continue the commission.
    • After 2 months without communication, the commission may be considered abandoned.
    • Payments for abandoned commissions are non-refundable.
    • Unfinished artwork may be modified and reused as a YCH or personal project. The client’s original character design, identifying markings, and personal details will not be resold or included.
    • Only the original client may request changes, approve progress, or complete the remaining payment unless another arrangement was approved beforehand.    9. Privacy & Delivery• Personal information and commission-related conversations will remain confidential between both parties.
    • Artwork is delivered digitally through the agreed contact method.
    • Once delivered, the client is responsible for downloading and backing up the final files.
    • I am not responsible for files lost after delivery or after the download period has expired.    10. Conduct & Future Service• Clients will receive progress updates and opportunities to request revisions during the appropriate stages.
    • Differences in personal expectations do not justify harassment, threats, chargebacks, or public defamation.
    • Concerns must be communicated directly so both parties have an opportunity to resolve them respectfully.
    • Harassment, abusive conduct, false accusations, or misuse of unfinished work may result in cancellation and refusal of future commissions.    11. AgreementBy submitting a commission request, you confirm that:• You are at least 18 years old.
    • You have read and accepted the current Terms of Service.
    • You understand that submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance.
    • You understand that all listed prices are base prices and may change depending on complexity.
    • You agree to respect my workflow, communication boundaries, working hours, and turnaround times.
    • You understand that all commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
    • You understand that these Terms of Service may be updated for future commission requests.
